Website + brand. diraymedia.com updates, deck systems, brand kit maintenance.
Marketing assets. Campaign components, social posts, email templates, ad creative.
Sales enablement. Decks, one-pagers, follow-up kits, proposal templates.
Design system. Library upkeep, patterns, foundations, governance.
Product UX. Front-end and UX collaboration with the Diray tech team on AI products (Media Analysis Tool, Impact Engine, future builds).
Team enablement. Onboarding the Diray team to ship their own updates.
Strategic advisory. Weekly POV on the work the plan needs next.

Quarterly review. What compounded, what didn't, scope adjustments for next quarter.

TERMS · PAYMENT & CANCEL

$12,500/mo. Net 0. 30-day notice to cancel.

Fee. $12,500 USD flat per month. Invoice issued on the 29th, due same day.
Out-of-scope. Quoted separately. No surprise charges inside the retainer.
Cancel. Either party may end with 30 days written notice. No long-term lock-in.
IP. Diray owns all work product on payment. Repo + assets transfer at end of term.
Confidentiality. Mutual NDA assumed; signed separately if required.
